So you might know that I have a background in sales. And after three years selling T-Mobile in retail locations, I am taking on a new challenge with a company in the Bay Area. Here is a video about handling objections, and it suggests taking more creative approaches that allow the customer and salesperson to interact. It also cover the tired-and-true tactics to turning objection around.
